Artichoke, Cherry Tomato and Basil Pizza
This simple pizza recipe uses an array of fresh vegetables and rich cherry tomatoes to create an alternative pizza topping that still tastes amazing.
Ingredients
6 tablespoons of Napolina Passata
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
6 fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
10 fresh basil leaves, shredded
200g artichoke hearts, halved
Method
Make your own pizza bases using Napolina's 'how to make pizza dough' video and try this alternative pizza recipe for your topping!
Spread a thin layer of passata across the pizza base.
Finely chop the garlic and sprinkle across the passata.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and the artichoke hearts and shred the basil leaves.
Place evenly all around the top of the pizza.
Put the pizza in a preheated oven at 220°c / Fan 200°c / Gas Mark 7 for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
