Pasta Bake
Warm and comforting, the perfect dish for a chilly winter’s day – Napolina Pasta Bake. We've used penne but this dish works just as well with conchiglie or fusilli pasta.
Ingredients
Napolina Pasta Bake Sauce
170g Napolina Penne Pasta
Mozzarella cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 200°c / 180°c Fan / Gas Mark 6.
Empty the jar of sauce into a 1.5L shallow oven proof dish.
Fill the empty jar to the neck with cold water and stir into the sauce.
Add 170g of penne into the sauce and stir well to ensure the sauce covers the pasta.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove dish from the oven and stir thoroughly.
Top with approximately 80g of sliced or grated cheese ensuring an even coverage.
Return to the oven for a further 10 to 15 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
