The Perfect Roast Potatoes with Napolina this Christmas

Why not try Napolina Light in Colour Olive Oil to create deliciously crisp roast potatoes this Christmas? Crunchy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside, they will have the family coming back for more.

Simply peel and par boil your potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain and shake well in the colander (this will help crisp up your roast potatoes). Meanwhile, pour a layer of Napolina Light in Colour Olive Oil into a preheated baking tray, then add the potatoes and gently coat in the oil. Season with salt and pepper and add a handful of chopped rosemary for extra flavour. Cook for 1 hour at 200ᵒc.
